In includes/database.inc, I changed: function db_set_active($name = 'default'). I basically made drupal make a new database connection after every five queries. What I did to fix this is a hack, but it works. ![]() I was echoing the all of this info to the screen from within the db_query function. The problem was that for some reason, the number of affected rows was coming up blank after a certain number of queries. My problem was that the sessions table was not being written to. This also means that I am using the mysqli api to connect to the database, and I have the file I found in another discussion here. After a long process of tracing the program flow (PHP really needs a debugger), I found out what my problem was and I have a hack to fix it.įor reference, I am running drupal 4.7 on apache 1.3 under debian Linux 3.1 with MySQL5. ![]() I was having this problem and I tried every solution listed in this discussion and the discussions in each of the duplicate bug reports. ![]()
